Manufacturer warrants as follows:

The manufacturer warrants pump's smooth operating for 13 months from date of delivery or 12 months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

The manufacturer or its designated representative pledge themselves to repair pump or change it to good one during the warranty period, if it will be ascertained by testing that this pump exactly is defective through manufacturer's fault.

In the event that any pump is found to be defective during the warranty period, the purchaser shall notify in writing the manufacturer or its designated representative of any claimed defect within 15 days after such defect is discovered.

The pump for testing, repair or changing must be delivered, to manufacturer or its designated representative in manufacturer's packing (shipping cartoons and inserts) or in the analogical packing and sent prepaid.

Warranty shall not apply to pump without seal or to damages caused with incorrect operating conditions, fluid spills or dropped pumps, or damage resulting from improper shipment to manufacturer.
